The Service
Occupational Health provides a service to 8000 staff within the Public Sector. Predominately sickness absence management with a proactive approach to wellbeing initiatives.
What is the role?
Working as an integral member of the Occupational Health service, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all clients and minimising sickness absence in Portsmouth City Council.
Who is the person?
You need to have:
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
Registered with relevant professional body (Nursing Midwifery Council).
Extensive experience in case management
Good communication skills both verbal and written as you will be liaising with line managers and a number of external specialists/organisations
IT Skills
Experience of providing general Occupational Health awareness training and education services.
