What is the role?
You will be working with all teams across the Adult Social Care Service, to support practitioners record their work accurately.
You will work with error reports from the SWIFT system to identify issues and trends in the data recorded by the various Adult Social Care teams. You will then be tasked with providing on-site training & mentoring, in a understanding and empathetic manner, to ensure all current and new staff have a thorough understanding of the processes involved in recording information on the SWIFT system.
Who is the person?
You need to have:
• A thorough understanding of the SWIFT/Excel system used by Social Care teams and experience using it.
• Good IT skills to include the use of spreadsheets and charts.
• Good numerical skills with excellent attention to detail as you will be dealing with statistical reports.
• Excellent customer service skills with patience and empathetic nature as may be dealing with the same problems on a routine basis.
• An approachable manner with good communication skills and the ability to explain complex terms in a clear and understandable way.
• Basic report writing skills
• Good self-organisational skills as you will be managing your own workload, so using your own initiative is a must.
• The ability to get around the city as you will be working with teams at either end of the city.
